The core herb
Search Mi Heart
The blend takes its name from its centre — the herb known across Jamaica as Christmas Bush, or Search Mi Heart. It has been taken as a everyday brew in Caribbean households for generations, long enough that most people who drink it learned it from someone rather than from a label.
We pair it with pineapple, ginger, soursop and sea moss. The result is caffeine-free, which is deliberate: a ritual you can keep at seven in the morning and again at nine at night is one you can actually keep.
On claims: we describe traditional use and how people have long taken these plants. We don’t make medical claims, and we’d rather tell you less than tell you something we can’t stand behind.
